  • Hey buddy that's an awesome tone very organic, how do you plug your guitar into the computer?

Are you using some sort of special audio interface?

And this sound it's 100 % guita rig did you make any mixing?

    Amazingggggggg

  • @mzsteadycam I use a audio interface called Fastrack M-Audio (nothing special). It's 100% guitar rig no postproduction. Many people ask me how I get my sound and I guess the secret is... my pickups. Put some Texas Specials in your axe and you will sound like this to.. one more thing.. some of the tone is always from the fingers :)

  • Hi @MrAndMore! I just started really getting into blues. i have been practicing this lick a lot in the past couple of days. What key is this in? G? And when is the best time to use a lick like this?

  • @TheNikkicolecole Yes.. It's in G. Best time? It's up to you.. Just play along with a backingtrack in G and listen where you think it fits in. Rock on man!

  • Sounds awesome & Guitar looks soooooooooooooooooooo nice!

  • @AnnaramaTV Thanks Anna!

  • Without Texas specials, guitar rig wouldnt sound THIS good.. wow its amaizing

  • @hjalmarBuoi You're damn right! :)

  • wow good playing, good sound, good video quality, easy to follow. nice man! subbed

  • @Strummify Thanks.. rock on!

  • I printed out some cool graphics and glued it on to the body using a special kind of glue that also works as a laquer/finnish...

  • @MrAndMore did u just use printer paper or something else?

  • @JMLizardKing1971 Printer paper

  • What is that guitar called, is it limited????

  • This guitar is one of a kind.. I've pimped it myself. It used to be an ordinary white strat. Her name is "MEDUSA"...

  • @MrAndMore How dig you pimp it and what did u use?

  • @LucasPinarbasi This guitar is one of a kind.. I've pimped it myself. It used to be an ordinary white strat. Her name is "MEDUSA"...

  • @MrAndMore How did you pimp your guitar(i mean with the "pictures" on the body? i know you can't give me an detailed description. I would love to know how you got it done so awesome. Superficial explaination is alright for me :). Thx a lot. Greets out of Germany :)

  • nice tone, which settings did u use for guitar rig 3?

  • @MrTobiKay I'm so sorry.. but I dont remember... I think I used the Mesa amp along with the tube screamer overdrive... but It's almost impossible to get this tone if you don't have the right pickups.. rock on!

  • how do i get that sound on my amp? i'm a complete newb to amps, i bought a fender mustang 1

  • @theycallmenavid sameeee

  • I love these licks, and you're definitely a good player, but gonna have to disagree on the good vibrato - I think it's a bit harsh, try being a bit more mellow. A good vibrato doesn't mean you have to shake the string all over the place. Like i said: Good player, just constructive criticism from my point of view :)

  • @sebwest11 Thanks.. I'm working on it :)

  • @MrAndMore Get all your fingers behind the string - makes the vibrato much smoother ;)

  • @sebwest11 His vibrato is pretty good imo. It's his "hardworklooking" kind of playing that makes you think the vibrato is too much. Just close your eyes and listen, it sound pretty good that way.

  • love ya guitar :)

  • @MrDJVideoProduction Thx! I'm hoping that one day Fender will make my signature series :)

  • @MrAndMore lol i hope to cause i can buy it then :P

  • great vibrato

  • @grrrr71 Thanks!

  • it sounds very close to the opening lick on that srv and albert king cd its called blues at sunrise. killer lick

  • @TheStrangeTrip Thanks!

  • @TheStrangeTrip thought it sounded familiar. yes id be careful calling that lick your own seeing as thats a popular song for the down to earth blues guitar listeners

  • @Jst0911 You are absolutly right.. I would not dare to call the licks I play in my vids "my own".. The only thing that I maybe can claim to be my own is how I put together all the small licks and phrases in to a longer lick or solo... I'm composing licks from other licks, phrases and notes. Everything I play I have learned, borrowed or stolen from much greater players.. thats why I call these licks/lessons "inspired"... :)

  • i have a mexican strat roughly how much does it cost to upgrade the pickups was thinkin of gettin a usa but mine plays really well so for now maybe just upgrade the pickups ?

  • @bluesbystrat I paid a litle bit more than 200 GBP for a set of Texas Specials. I think you can get it cheaper if you can install them yourself.

  • @bluesbystrat Would highly reccomend a set of custom shop '69s. On ebay they go for about £100, and then you can either solder them in yourself which is simple, or get a dude to do it for about £20 -30 .

  • great lick love it

  • that's great dude, but if you want to bring your views up, you should do some licks that they already did... like some awesome licks from live shows or something.. that would be great..

peace and keep up the good work!

    greets from Serbia btw

  • @OMERTA011 Yes I know what you mean. Some guys do that very well.. But thats not for me. If I was to sit down and just duplicate a lick I would get bored very quickly. I think it's more fun and creative to put together my own licks.

    Поздрав из Сведске!

  • nice :)

  • @DrBlues90 Thanks!
