  • what's the difference between a push press and a jerk?

    is this a better strength building exercise for the press than the press since you are getting in more reps and more reps have to be controlled when the weight is being lowered?

    and that was impressive. i watched it several times.

  • I agree. He's almost motionless, and yet he handled the weight with control, so he could probably bolt up a bigger weight with more lower body pushing.

  • there's too much cardio involved in strongman. i like to sit on my fat ass too much:) but thanks. i do a lot of shoulder pressing becuase i feel that it really helps my competition bench.
