GM&O in southern Illinois 1972

Looks like a lot of this was shot in Tamms. Thanks for sharing. I was probably around 12 years old when you shot this. My Uncle was an Agent at Tamms and I remember it fondly.

I didnt get to get much of the old GM&O but i know i saw a few of their locomotives when the IC bought them out. I used to go on their old branch lines in Mississippi and see parked pulpwood cars and a few 40' boxcars on industry sidings.
