@MegaBROD2500 "Reanimating" might sound easy to do, hell, it might even be considered "easy" relative to some of the harder things necessary for a cartoon to be made; however, it is extremeley TIME CONSUMING, and for it to be done on the basis for production that kai is at... well they'd need a team of atleast 50 animators (for this quality) and do you know how much money they would need to pay the for-mentioned animators? that's the reason they can't make this level of quality for Kai.

You know, the voices may sound out of place for some of the characters and I have to read everything they say (I only speak English and a little Spanish) to understand the storyline, but the graphics, music, and sound makes up for it.

This reminds me of watching a French movie, MicMacs, where the subtitles are in English -- the humor and strong storyline makes up for all the reading while watching the picture.

"Plan to Erradicate the Saiyans" was an old NES game that was turned into a 2 part ova (as well as 2 Playdia games later on).
