Not only it is ending, it's instrumental. Both Op and End have singing in Japan. I prefer instrumental, because I have watched this video since I was like three year old.
It's shocking to see this is actually in finnish. I don't really know anyone here that knows this show nor ultraman actually. I think this haven't ever been in VHS here in Finland. I've been told that mine VHS- has been ripped from familyfriend, who had only betamax.
@moskameijer This is the original ending for the series actually. For some reason, they swapped it come time for these compilation movies. No complaints from me as this theme, "Heroes of Love" is rather epic.
@moskameijer Where can we get the complete TV series English dubbed? Not the 2 US vids. It used to get shown on TV in parts of Asia years ago. Places like Singapore, Hong Kong, etc also got English dubs of anime series like BARATAK , DANGUARD ACE , GAIKING , GRANDIZER , LASERION , MAZINGER Z etc & live action shows like RETURN OF ULTRAMAN, ULTRAMAN ACE , ULTRAMAN TARO , ULTRAMAN 80 , etc English dubbed as well. But has anyone ever found ULTRAMAN LEO English dubbed? I'm yet to find that.

I have this on an old Betamax tape! It's actually 4 stand-alone episodes...I'm guessing that it was for a regular series that flopped!
