Skunk is technically any Cannabinoid that is above 15% THC. Aka Haze, White Widow, Ice-o-later Hash etc.
Below that is the normal 'Weed' Varieties, Aka. Thai, Jamican etc.
It's best to either take the lower varieties, or simply lower amounts of Skunk varieties :P

Decriminalizing would give: more space in jails, less of taxpayer's money wasted on the most pettiest of crimes, less exposure to harder drugs, the use of hemp (one of the worlds strongest natural fibres. cannabis is part of the hemp family) and the growth of the hemp industry, more government growth (tax the fuck out of it), a huge reduction in drugs cartels and crime associated with the illegal distribution of cannabis (violent crimes).
