I love the Yorkshire accent, Southern born and bred, I moved to Sheffield a few years back. Lol at the immigrant comment someone made, I spent 15years living on the south coast in Bournemouth, A lovely place we only had 1 foriegn student at our school(out of nearly 800) when I was growing up so FAIL COMMENT. Sheffield and South Yorkshire is a lovely place, I have loved my time here, and its sooo much cheaper :D.

Hull has got to be the worst acccent in Yorkshire if not the North. Stick with Aussie, at least when you go overseas people can understand what you say.

I'm from the Southeastern United States, with a very definite Southern Accent, "Gone with tthe Wind-ish" which most definitely does not sound like Canadians. Americans have regional accents as well. Someone born and reared in New York is NOT going to sound like someone born and reared in Georgia or Alabama.
