English is very difficult to learn for people who have another native language. There are many silent letters and there really are different rules for every word. However, in languages such as say, Spanish, letters are always pronounced the same and they are always consistent. "I's" are always pronounced as "eeee," "O" is always pronounced "oh" - never a short O.

Izrail, it's easy to sit back and doubt what actual SCJs know when you don't bother to study their lives or their backgrounds. Clarence Thomas especially is one of the greatest Justices we've ever had. Compare that to the reverse racist nothing that is Sotomayer.

Normally I really like your news...normally you're pretty even-handed and neutral. I thought that your opinions in this clip were so far to the right in your analysis of Judge Sotomayor. You simply act as if her qualifications stem no further than her minority status - that whole part of the video seemed like clip from Fox News. I was not pleased.

And, btw, the moment the seat opened up, the nominee was, in all likelihood, a woman, yes, because of Justice Ginsberg's recent comment that she laments being the only woman currently on the court.

I, however, do not appreciate the implication that she lacks any judicial experience. And the fact that so many comments on this video imply she doesn't know the Constitution, makes me think UJ's comments were serious.

We need more people on the Supreme ( just the word of this job is scary ) who is against NAFTA and tax relief for corporations having jobs anywhere but USA.
