  • how fast are you going at the end of the track, becuase i have around 550 at the wheels and im goin 127 mph but only at 11.32, i must be having traction issues

  • @Thrash3rSkateRock Yes sir, I used to street drive it. It just got way to expensive to insure it and put gas in it, so i went to a full race car.

  • @09erf8330 This is my old setup, it now has new Tranny, cam, valvetrain, headers, and completely different suspension. This setup here was putting down 370 to the wheels, new setup is close to 500, but i also have a 250HP supervictor fogger setup. Car goes 10.80's on motor in 100 degree weather. Should go mid 9's on nitrous and cold weather

  • @V2P22 A transbrake is for an auto trans. It spins 1st gear and reverse at the same time putting a load on the engine. The tbrake lets you rev to the true stall of the converter. So if you have a 4k rpm converter, on the tbrake it will rev to 4k and keep it there. On a turbo car, this allows you to spool the turbo up and hit boost before you launch so there is no lag. The turbo on this car is so big that he needs to spray the car while its on the brake to hit boost in a short time.

  • @vaccumme When i had this tranny ( C6 ) it would roll about 2-3 inches, which was a pain... Now i have a mighty mite C4 and it doesnt roll at all.

  • @vaccumme When i had the C6, I would short stage then just let the car roll into the 2nd set of lights. That is about all i can tell you, I really dont know if there is a cure for it?

  • @vaccumme pair the trans brake with a line lock, you should be fine, otherwise lower the line pressure in the trans. yeah sure it may leave hard as shit, but the trans will be on borrowed time before too long.

  • This is a old video.... the motor is totally different now. It currently has Kooks Longtubes - 2" primaries - 3.5" Collections.....

    In this video it had BBK ceramic shorties - 1-5/8 Primaries - 2.5" collectors - flow-master 40 series with turn downs.

  • dude this car launches retarded, there is absolutely no weight transfer at all, the front springs are cut too low and the pinion angle isnt even close to right

  • Dude i already now all of this, if you read back through these comments iv already explained why the car is like this. All i was doing was testing my trans brake. Go watch my newest videos, the car runs 10.83 @ 124 still with no weight transfer. Of course the car isn't going to transfer in this video im launching at 3900 RPM on sand asphalt..... But thanks for the advise, but i got it pretty close now.

  • Wat heads do you have on it. On my 410 Windsor im running AFR 205s str8 out of the box.

  • I already stated that i just added all the new front suspension on the car and was just testing out the brake before i put it all where it should be at....

  • Not up on the reverse valve bodies but the trans brakes are neat as long as you got a good converter and leave off a chip. Baddass stang

  • It cost me around $600 to add the reverse manual valvebody with the pro-tree brake, plus i spent another $175 on a billet servo. The C6 is now out of the car and a Dynamic Racing Mighty Mite C4 is in....

  • Ditch the c-6 its too heavy and robs horespower. Poweglide or c-4 if u want all ford

  • Mighty Mite C4 from Dynamic just went into the car, hopefully it will pick up some time and ill actually be able to make a full pass without breaking something.

  • Yes the front is to low, i just changed to a softer spring in the front and added the strange 10-way struts, i never had a chance to raise the coil-overs up before i tested it out.

  • is it automatic trans or manual trans?

  • Actually it has offset fully adjustable - Upgraded 5/8" Heim lowers, and Relocated Uppers also with 5/8" Heim. And Full rear coil over suspension for mini tubs with MT 28x10.5w tires.
