What I noticed that he never at one point mentions the ESRB, which does it's best to keep people notified that a game may or may not contain violence or sexual content. Could Jack Thompson be any more ignorant? M-rated games are sold to people of all ages? Uh uh, that is totally incorrect. Every game-selling store I've been to does not allow anyone below 17 to buy M-rated games without the permission of a parent or guardian, and people have to use ID's in order to prove how old they are. If your son got a violent game at a store, then:
a) he used a fake ID
b) there were friends with him, and one of their parents was present
c) the register guy didn't do his job
