this game is a must have for psp. Its the only game i have where the online works and its worth it because you can work your way up the ranks by winning races. The festival is good too because vehicles you unlock can be used online. Great graphics too, the best for psp I have seen so far. Only negative I can think of is that you can't knock other bikers off their bikes like on motorstorm 2 (ps3). I rate it a 9/10.
@nick123el ye I know but if your on a bike on motorstorm paific rift you can swipe other people off their bikes by pressing L1 I think, and you can straff sideways into other vehicles to bash them off the track. You can't do these things on psp is what I meant.

You do realize that a 16GB memory stick pro duo usually runs about 80 to 100 dollars; so add that to a PSP 3000 core pack and you'll be paying 250 at least. That's why I think the GO is worth the extra cost due to the smaller and more portable size and the fact that if you get a 16GB memory stick for a 3000 your paying the same price or maybe more. It really works for me though because I'm way more into the digital market instead of lugging around cheaply made UMD's.

I have a 1000 also and even though it's a bit wider it still feels the same as a 2000 or 3000 and the GO is much more comfortable. It just fits in your hands right and I have pretty good size hands, which made this surprise me even more. Don't knock it until you try it.

Thats not average battery life.. Average is atleast 10 hours for a handheld... Even the GBA had a 15 hours battery life.. And the DSi's battery life is 14 hours.. DSi XL's is 17 hours.. PSP's battery life is HORRIBLE.. And you dont even have a DSi, nor even have looked into it any.. I have looked into the PSP ALOT.. It is HORRIBLE.. And the lineup is getting better.. But why is the DS's lineup STILL better? Even IGN admitted that the DS's lineup destroyed the PSP's..

i own the psp g, the ds l, the wii bt my fav and in my opinion the best the ps3. i must say u cant compare 2 compleatly differant consoles when u know thy are both played for dfferent perposes, 4 egsample nintendo games are for those who just want family fun thats not violent or competative but the ps on the other hand is 4 those serious hardcore gamers. so thy are all completly different gaming consoles that both have different uses and functions. 1 dont know why u guys always compare them all.

I hate how none of my friends have PSPs. Well one of them did but his sister threw grape jelly at it and it broke. And another friend has one but doesn't have any good games. Everyone else: nothing. Everyone at my school has an ipod touch.

I've had both a ds and a psp, and I would have to say the psp is better.
But that's just my opinion, and everyone else has their own opinion, and right to it.
Number of units sold isn't necessarily down to just how good the handheld is. Marketing, price, game selection, etc, have a big impact aswell.
And, that's very nice the IGN liked the ds over the psp, but that's just their opinion. And your own opinion > IGN's "expert" opinion.

I am a Nintendo fanboy, dont forget that.. No REAL Nintendo fan likes the Wii.. I have been gaming since the N64 ages.. And every enw feature about it? What about flipnote studio? Gives you the ability to make and download cartoons along with tons of other things.. What about transport map feature? Very similar to a GPS. And what about Dokodemo Wii No Ma? Which gives you the ability to download movies onto your Wii a DSi.. And not only movies, but tv shows, anime, etc.. DSi DESTROYS the psp.

You do realize that a 16GB memory stick pro duo usually runs about 80 to 100 dollars; so add that to a PSP 3000 core pack and you'll be paying 250 at least. That's why I think the GO is worth the extra cost due to the smaller and more portable size and the fact that if you get a 16GB memory stick for a 3000 your paying the same price or maybe more. It really works for me though because I'm way more into the digital market instead of lugging around cheaply made UMD's.

I'm not talking about a store set up where it's locked in on the sides to where you can't hold it right, I mean fully in your hands with no restraints at all. I have a 1000 also and even though it's a bit wider it still feels the same as a 2000 or 3000 and the GO is much more comfortable. It just fits in your hands right and I have pretty good size hands, which made this surprise me even more. Don't knock it until you try it.

Thats not average battery life.. Average is atleast 10 hours for a handheld... Even the GBA had a 15 hours battery life.. And the DSi's battery life is 14 hours.. DSi XL's is 17 hours.. PSP's battery life is HORRIBLE.. And you dont even have a DSi, nor even have looked into it any.. I have looked into the PSP ALOT.. It is HORRIBLE.. And the lineup is getting better.. But why is the DS's lineup STILL better? Even IGN admitted that the DS's lineup destroyed the PSP's..

Sorry dude.. But Ive had to play my DSi ALL DAY literarily.. And played it on wifi several times.. Then at the end of the day which was about 1:00 am the battery was low.. LOL.. it's jsut pahtetic of how horrible the PSP's battery life is.. 5 hours? LOL!

@narutorockstheworld DS graphics are not bad, of course they are bad in comparison with the PSP but it has decent graphics overall, DS has incredibly addictive games like Tetris DS, Animal Crossing, Mario Kart, Brain Age, etc. and don't tell me they are kiddy games grow up. There are other devices such as cellphones or iPods that play better quality music and videos than the PSP, and why do you want custom themes? the default theme is good enough.
Conclusion: PSP and DS are both awesome.
