I wonder if you have come across Viktor Schaubergers writings and research on water and eco - technology? You can store your fresh spring water in an egg shaped vessel, made of teracotta, kept in a shady spot in the garden, cloth over the opening, and the water will stay healthy, cool in the summer and will not freeze in winter.
