  • On a positive note, I gained a ton of respect for Simon after this competition. He doesn't just slam people for the good of his health. He's just a real guy who tells it like it is. The comment he made about Susan in the finale was something far too genuine for US TV (I'm Canadian).

    Let's face it...American Idol (regardless of her age) would have rejected Susan immediately. That asshole Cowell gave her a chance and believed in her. There's damn few of us guys left with his kind of integrity.

Spread the word mother of 5 in the Midwest tired of sitting in a cubicle GOD gave me the gift of song and I want to be the next Susan Boyle. Im too old for American Idol and made to be alternate on America's got talent but not on the show. Please review/comment and share and I will be so grateful. Thanks for your time.

  • Im a grown 43-year-old man and bawled after watching this performance repeatedly.

    I do think a brow trim and weight loss would skyrocket her marketability, but I love her to death either way. Reminds me of My Fair Lady.

    You single-handedly had the courage to dismiss the critics, waltz out there in front of millions, show the world what you'd been hiding...... and just look what happened!
