the trouble is that DEVCO is tearing down everything else in NB, and never its own mistakes like Ferren Mall. Yes, New Brunswick needed a park and ride, but not that architectural abomination. (Sure, it has a decent front facade but the rest of it sucks.)

Those projects were the biggest blight on the town. Now that they're gone (and all the knuckleheads that lived in them too) New Brunswick is a much better place. Gentrification is a good thing.
