Wow... This lady (Dr. Swain, if I got the spelling right) is flatly wrong right from the beginning. This country was NOT founded on ANY religious views. In fact, as part of the original US Constitution, clauses were put in to make sure religion stayed OUT of government control in any respect considerable. More than that, the real problem with Perry "calling for" this prayer session effectively forced people to take part in HIS belief system, whether they wanted to or not.
