You miss the fucking point. The earth is warming. If it warms by a couple of degrees we have many millions of people dying. If it rises by 5 degrees then many crops will fail, more extreme weather, floods etc. This is not something that just will hurt africa or something. It will hit every country, everywhere. The problem is not whether it is us, it is that the climate is changing and if we want to keep our way of life as it is then we need to do something about it.
