She said I have been the for 6 years!, than I said this has been a Children's Pool for 80 years, she said times have changed, I said the city requires you to now have a permit and she said thats bogus , I said times have changed.....
San Diego planning commission affirmed the appeal of the year round rope barrier today, the vote was unanimous 7-0 . The rope will NOT be up year round but will go up on Dec. 15 to May 15 the rope is JUST a guide line and it is NOT illegal to cross it to access the water...Harassment of people will most likely increase!
These seals are here because Sea World put them their.... they are the ones who helped to create this mess, along with The city council and mayor in the mid 90's
They are beautiful creatures and should not be domesticated just so we can get up close to see them... respect the seals , keep them wild in there natural environment and not on a MAN MADE BEACH for children...
How about Andrea Hahn pictured in the the photo in a shouting match, she is just as bad as Dorota if not worse. she also video tapes people swimming or going on the beach and will not hesitate to put you on youtube.
The citizens of La Jolla need to attain a restraining order against these disruptive vigilantes for disturbing the peace and their uncivil actions in public within a park and scamming tourist out of their money and giving San Diego a black eye.

She couldn't handle the baby seal and dropped it to the ground. Was that your plan all along to "create" the emergency to have the city short cut the permit process and put the year round rope up now. Your organization is a front group for APRL, an extremest animal rights group of eco terrorists. You hate Sea World and knew they were enroute to help.
Your organization interfered with Sea World's attempt to rescue an injured sea lion on 8/29/10. You constantly waive your camera at the Sea World crew trying to show any missteps in their effort to provide assistance to seals. You berated the SW crew who needed to approach an injured seal in a group of resting seals. The rescue effort caused some seals to go back into the water to get to the injured one. For that you accused SW of flushing seals off the beach. Your group hinders animal rescues.
The Children's Pool will be returned to the rightful owners . . . The Children of San Diego. You react badly to criticism of your misguided efforts to close Children's Pool to people. You attempt to harass people using a public beach in any way possible. You tell lies to visitors that seals have no where else to go except this dedicated children's bathing pool. What is so hard to understand. This man made beach was built for people to use and not to be your personal open air pet shop.
