  • BEST THING I FOUND ABOUT P90X WAS IT GAVE ME 12 FRIZZ BS TO THROW INTO MY DAWGS MOUTH

  • why does everyone get more tan in all these videos?

  • Dude. You are doing your exercises waaaaaaay to fast, you do well to increase your weight and slow it down a bit- that is unless your goal is to be leaner with less bulk. But gj for at least sticking to it.

  • The Back workour for me was the most difficult to train. The first week I was only able to do 5 pull-ups..after 3 months and 2 weeks I could do 18..and I'm sure because of P90X

  • hot and got hotter!!!!

  • Very great work out! Those made a very good result. You would really inspire people with this video. Keep it up!

  • You should definitly work a little on your posing, but other than that kick ass results! :D Keep up the good work.

  • how well did you follow the meal plan? I'm having a hard time sticking to it

  • did you do classic?

  • soundgarden! yes!

  • lmfao 1:05

  • im doing this program through my weight training class in high school its brutal lol

  • did you do classic or double?

  • what kind of weights r those and where can i get them

  • @oooopmymom Those are bowflex select tech dumbells. There are two different kinds, I recommend the 52 pound ones. I really don't see a need for any more weight than that for P90X. You can get them on e bay for less usually. They are a bit pricey, but its worth it in the end.

  • @gerge211 You can get the 1090 ones on Amazon right now for $229 a piece with free shipping;)

  • Great results! I just ordered my p90x today, I can't wait to get started on it!!

  • holy crap day one is a wake up call to the face

  • Are these results flexed?

  • hello im about to start p90x but im not doing there diet im doing the abs diet is tht a good diet for this program ( i live in a very small town so its hard to find the foods in the p90x diet plan )

  • haha i have the same pull up bar!!

  • can you give me a tip. i started to do p90x my friend let me borrow but i liked it cuz of results but then all tha sudden i started to eat alot idk why but then i started to stop doind p90x and now since my college is fixing to begin i want to start agian but i feel like to do it but some times the videos are like boring but good for body

  • @gerge211 Hey do I really need the recovery drink?

  • @18biohazard Yes the recovery drink is really good. I know they really push it on you

in the videos and the ads get kind of annoying. To be honest shakeology the other new drink beachbody has is actually even better... Let me know if you want a sample I can send you one.

  • @gerge211 Thanks, I just wasn't sure if worked or not I'm going to keep on buying it

  • @gerge211 Hey can you please snd me a sample of it?

  • Hey great job, I just finished my first week, i wasnt in bad shape when i started but this program is intense. The hardest video of seemed to do so far is the plyometrics. Im finding myself winded alot but I keep going. Im loving this program and cant wait to see the results on day 90. then ill start my second round. Again great work

  • good song

  • congratulation guy!

  • GREAT VIDEO!!!!!

  • 1:05 LOL

  • when ever i have to do 2 videos i do'em all in a row. is that good? or should i do 1st then do the other later on the day???

  • @xXMaNu3lXx21 Are you doing the doubles program? If so its totally up to how you feel. I would be careful not to burn out. You can always sub out the 2nd work out for a short run outside. personally I like to break it up.Good luck!!!

  • i just started doing back and chest just wonderinng do i do this everyday or change exercise everyday- confused

  • @USPMONTANA There is a schedule that comes with the program that you must follow. Thats the problem with getting a bootleg copy it does not come with everything you need. If you bought it through me and beachbody it gives you everything. Its worth it.

  • The ab work is what really kills me! I find it to be the toughest segment in the whole program. Kudos Big Time on your drive!

  • i am a man you is vastly outta shape and over weight. I am about 300lbs and 6'1''. I dont think i have ever done a pullup in my life and i could probably do about 10 push ups....would you suggest i do this program or maybe start off with the old p90 version? Either way I am going to do this....I just would like figure out the route with least amount of passing out (though i know it is inevitable).

  • @redatpct . In your situation I would start off with power 90. Don't get me wrong its a tough program and will push you to your limits. P90X is more intense hense the name. You will be able to do both programs at some point, this I'm sure of. I had a very good friend in a very similar situation. Please message me if you want one on one help with either program.

  • @gerge211 Ok cool I will definitely be asking you for nutrition advice in the future.

  • ok so what do you think about coupling this with other workouts. I just started mma do you think it would maximize or hinder me if i do both at the same time.

  • @blueyourmom123 I think coupling this with any type of training is a good idea. Especially the plyometrics work out with p90x its a great MMA training.

  • i just started this with my cousin yesterday. and i feel it haha. im only 15 now but i hope i will be pretty strong by the end of this.

  • what are theses routines designed for?

    classic

    doubles

    and lean

  • @dropdeadjoephis Classic is for people who want more muscle gain than cardio. Doubles is Classic, plus extra cardio after the 4th week and lean is based more for people who want more cardio in their routine.

  • where you following the diet plan in the program?

  • excellent results, congrats! question: aside from the dvd's and a diet, did you do any other workouts or training to supplement the p90x? or was it just all 'bringing it'?

  • excellent results, congrats! question: aside from the dvd's and a diet, did you do any other workouts or training to supplement the p90x? or was it just all 'bringing it'?

  • i am a p90x filure i tryed it twice but i ended up skiping every day then i try it agian i skip everty day someone please help

  • Honestly it's all you, Do you want to be fit or no? If you say yes you have to find a way to motivate yourself it's hard at first but don't look at it as torture or something that you dread doing because then you'll more than likely skip it. Watch transformation videos get inspired and do what you can. I almost skipped out of the INSANITY workout but i kept pressing play and working out and i'm glad i didn't stop. GO FOR IT!

  • I always knew Tony was a Alien!! lol

  • yeah i notice that too lol

  • The Ab workout destroys my hip flexors like no other! I need like a week to recover them.

  • Hey great results bud

Check out my page for my ROUND ONE TRANFORMATION! I am currently in my second round and it wont stop there!

Check out my pages and SUBSCRIBE as I plan on posting vLog type videos through it. I also plan on posting alot of instruction workout videos as well!

Keep it up! Keep Pressing PLAY!

  • How long did it take you to start noticing results?

    Name of song?

  • @crackhead373

It took me about 2 weeks to start to notice results with p90x. Let me know if you want to try it out message me. The song is sound garden rusty cage

  • i know this is really off topic, but i noticed alot of ppl before p90x have chest hair and stomach hair, and afterwards they usually shave it off..

when im done with my 90 days, should i also shave it, or does the hair grow back fast?

  • Did you follow the nutrition plan?I am new to this and workout plans and I get lost with that, all the portions, servings, numbers and amounts and meal plans. I am a college student and barely afford the bills I have now, which is about 150 a month to 200 in groceries.

Although I have been doing the math and looking at food labels and I am trying to come up with my own plan based off of the phase percentages, like the protein, carb, and fat percentages per phase.

    Any advice or help?

  • Hay nice results man I started my first round a few months ago and had to quit because I ran into so personal shit, but i vowed to go back im now on day 3 I have need put a bad calorie in my body in 2 weeks, and not a single Cigarette, not even a puff in a whole week. I have been a smoker for 13 years so trust me when I say its not easy. I did about 2 weeks the first time i started and this is not for the weak you just have to fight through it and eat right. Nice work

  • i just started my first week of p90x tomorrow will be my 5th day it's been good so far, I'm really hoping i get great results, when did you notice your physical change?

  • I really wanna get this program but I feel that I may not be able to maximize the full potential of this program since I don't own any kind of weights, pull up bar nor resistance band.

I kinda don't wanna buy the program only to find out that I HAVE to go out and buy MORE things just to make this work.

    Hints on what to use....?

    Thanks, Geo

  • Well I would say if you can't afford the weights or bands to try beachbody's insanity program. Its another great program with no weight requirements.

  • Thanks for the hints, I'll keep that in mind

  • what if your allready in good shape (im 164 pnds and lean)just having trouble on getting those abs..is it a good idea to get this videos and stop going to the gym??i mean i can actually stay at home and work out with out any distractions.

  • I think this program is exactly made for people like yourself. Even though it can be modified for people that are way out of shape too. Its up to you wether or not you quit the gym, but I don't feel the need to give my money away and get less of a workout.

  • it works if you eat a right diet and have it regularly...

  • Road Rash theme :)

  • If I Wanted To Start This WorkOut Program At 4:00 Pm. Would i Have To Do It Everyday At 4:00? or I Can just do it when i get in the mood

  • Actually your kind of right. Some people don't get these kinds of results. I was already in decent shape when I started. Some of my results are because of muscle memory. However you will see a major difference in your body shape if you did 90 days of p90x, or any other work out regiment. And of course eating healthy plays a big part. But judging by your user name sounds like you might be a little jaded. It will work I assure you its not rocket science just good old fashion working out.

  • LmFaooooo NICE WITH THE USER NAME STUFF

  • @gerge211

I eat a lot of junk food but I never gain weight. Does this mean I can use P90X without worrying about how I eat?

  • I'm the same way.. I can eat all the fast food and junk that I want, and I wont gain an ounce.. the problem I run into though, is that I just feel like crap.. I'm sluggish, sick, and just in an overall cranky mood.. You may not get fat, but junk food has many other negative effects on your body.. I started p90x last year and it only took a month when i noticed results.. but stuff got in the way and i didnt finish.. it's so worth it to stick with it and be successful.

  • @ImDown4Brownies-- It does seriously, I'm about to finish it and it has awesome results. To be honest at the beginning i wasn't doing any diet. after first month i started one and it got so good. You should try the program cause it aint fast results there are 3 hard months of extreme exercises you need BALLS to do the program. Need to finish it too. Just try it for 30 days to see if it works.

  • Comment removed

  • Actually, it's not a rip off. I have been doing this for a month now, and i'm starting to see results. And i haven't really been doing the diet.

  • Are you sure? You have no proof yet you make claims. I've tried it. It actually changed my body very quickly.

Anything can happen quickly as long as you are determined to make it work. Good exercising and a good diet itself can make drastic changes. This program is just a good guide to do that.

The speed of change all depends on how determined you are.

  • thats not true. this is real, you have no idea what your talking about.. this really does work you will be sore every dat for 90 days.. have u even tried this product?

  • Ive been doing the program now for about a week and love it. Not really following the diet so much, just eating healthy. lots of fruit and vegies, whole grains, and lean protiens. Cant wait till I see day 90 results, like yours

  • @TheRyguy888 I wasn't even doing a diet, well i'm hispanic and we eat a lot of flour made food. First month got big arms and stronger legs. I wanted a six pack and after i started eating what you said you are eating lost around 10 pounds in two weeks. I didn't wanted to lose weight but if i did that is good because it's pretty hard to lose pounds. keep with the good work

  • @gerge211... today is my end of 2nd week and i lost about 11 lbs.. but i dont see no change in me though.. do you know why?

  • @Caparius2023 Are u following the diet?!

  • @s1m3r I'm always following some sort of diet.

  • Sometimes it is hard to tell the difference by looking. I recommend taking pictures at some intervals or measure your waist to notice the results.

However, it can also be muscle loss... if you're not eating enough calories and proteins each day.

  • Hey man, do you think this program will ONLY work if i follow the nutrition they gave?

Cause someone told me that the nutrition is basically 90% of the program.

I know that i have to quit with the sweets and fat... but i dont have the nutrition book!

    Thank you very much!

Obs: I just want to get ripped, dont have too much bf

  • ANY sort of exercise with a DECENT diet will help your body, no matter what. This program is just a guideline to help you do so.

The diet is not required, but what is required is that you push it in every workout and avoid eating too much junkfood, which is common sense.

The bottom line is, as long as you work hard and do things right, you are bound to gain results, no matter what.

Eating healthy will only speed up your progress. (The only 1 thing I'd recommend is eating proteins).

  • But I will tell you that many of us didn't follow the diet and got splendid results. Just don't eat too much per meal and avoid junkfoods as much as possible, eat healthy. That's all there is to the diet.

  • @gerge211 Well i been working in a gym for a year now and i would say im addicted if i could live in the gym i would..but i believe in a couple things when working out numb 1 you must fail to gain so yes i work to failer in almost every lift i do and numb 2 your muscle gain happens out of the gym so i believe in rest so i go day on day off and numb 3 its not wether you work out harder but you work out smarter

  • @Filmstudy100 Working out smart is important and I actually mis spoke when I said p90x is 90 straight days of training. They actually have three rest weeks built in the program where they focus on yoga, stretching, and core training. But I would disagree muscle gain can happen at home with weights or bands just like it can happen in the gym. Muscle don't grow only in a gym there is a lot of proof out there to the contrary. Whatever works for you, but trust me p90x is not just a simple diet.

  • I seen this on tv late one night and correct me if im wrong but i believe the success of this program comes from the diet not the work out...If you have a solid diet your body fat % will go down in result of you looking more define so basically if you eat right and work out your going to get results no matter if you spend money on a video much like p90x or at your local gym.

  • @Filmstudy100 Diet and exercise always go hand and hand. P90x did not invent some kind of new magical workout, they just put together a great routine to follow. When is the last time you pushed yourself to failure every workout for 90 days straight? You actually end up saving money in the long run rather than paying $30-40 a month for a gym membership. P90x works thats why its so popular, the market has spoken as Stephen Colbert would say. Try it out and you will believe I promise you.

  • oh ok. I see you were using adjustable dumbells. what model are those and what's the highest weight you reached during the program?

  • @smack86 I used the bowflex select tech dumbells for the first round of p90x. Each dumbell could adjust from 5-52 1/2 pounds. I used the highest weight for only one of the excersises called heavy pants and or lawn mowers. They are back excersises and typically you can go pretty heavy with those movements. As far as curling I would use 40lbs and drop down to 15lb basically super setting. You can also use bands for p90x they are very effective and much cheaper to buy.

  • im looking to lose weight. would it be better to just start with the classic. or should i start with the lean and then classic for a round 2?

  • what was your weight. beginning and end?

  • @smack86 I actually gained weight. I was about 155 when I started and at the end I was about 164. That was my goal however and I went heavy on the weights to acheive that goal. I know plenty of people that lost a lot of weight with p90 thats why its great you can choose your own path and really get there if you work hard.

  • thats awesome, i got P90X as well im on my 2nd month day 51

and results are just flooding like a river =D

  • @h30wn3r They actually come with three bands. Im not sure what the resistance is exactly, but the hard one is very very hard. If I work out with the bands I usually use the middle band seems to work good for me.

  • Looking good man!

  • how did u get rid of dat body hair in ur stomach

  • a razor possibly?

  • uhh... im sure he just shaved it.. wow

  • srry i was high

  • wish me luck im starting on sunday. btw ill post a result vid in 3 months from 1/31/10 so suscribe if you guys wanna see final results

  • now a program for a new face :)))))

  • good job man, great results

  • I also have large moldings on my door and I can't get my iron pull-up bar to catch on the door. It looks like you are using yours backwards, so I wanted to know how you did it. Thanks chief.

  • wait, do you have to be able to do 13 pull ups before you start p90x?

  • no its just the amout he was able to do its a mini test to see what you can do

  • dude, you got great results, videos like this motivate me, so thx!

  • good results, yeah i get it. Nice work. BUT, why is it that the before and after pictures in all of these videos have to be in different conditions. The before picture all the dude's have hair on their bodies and the lighting is extremely bright. THEN in the after picture the lighting is dim to shadow the muscles better giving an exaggerated leaner look and then everyone shaves. I'm not hating just keep it freakin CONSISTENT with the before and after. Same distance from camera, lighting, etc.

  • Out of all the comments that I have gotten this is one of my favorites. You are totally correct. Truth be told for me it was tough and a little embarasing to get my wife to document my progress. So I did it my self and I should have taken the photos at the same time of day etc etc. I'm just a little disorganized I guess. The shaving of the chest was because half way through p90 we went to aruba for four days. No one wants to see a hairy monster like myself on the beach. Hope that clears things.

  • did you try changing your diet? also after sheading that WEE bit of fat you have left probably getting down to 7% try olding off on your water intake and watch yourself become RIPPED! *note* that reducing your water intake should just be for show do not do this while exercising... you might die.

  • solid mate, i am on day 9 of Insanity right now

  • Great Job but I feel like you could have gotten those same results in less than 90 days.

  • lol 1:04

  • Comment removed

  • what kind of supplement did u use?

  • Not much actually. During p90 I would just eat as healthy as I could. Working in a firehouse makes it tough to eat healthy all the time, but I would just cut down on my portions of pasta and cheese at the firehouse. I also used muscle milk lite after my workouts. I'm sure the p90 stuff is good I just found it easy being in NYC to just go to the corner store and get a thing of muscle milk.

  • nice music, soundgarden rules

  • great job man!!! awesome results!

  • dam dude how much pounds you kurling man those looks like 35-45 lo i started p90x wa sonly using 25 pounds and 15$ pounds

  • WOW you look sexy. Great Job

  • Good Job!!

  • The door trim and casework looks robust. I bet if he had smaller trim like in most new middle class homes, he'd have been on his ass a long time ago.

  • LOL this dude has the pull up bar backwards.

  • That is hilarious, how did it stay up there?

  • awesome results, I have a week left of P90X. keep bringing it

  • Comment removed

  • In the interest of time the video was sped up. I'm not actually doing pull ups at 115 mph's.

  • nice results.

  • Alien head Tony Horton made me spit water! FTW! :D I'm on Day 36!!! Still bringin it! Doubles! to boot!! Awesome work

  • hows the meal plan cause thats the problem i always have do they send you a cetain meals to eat like it tells you what to cook and the recipes or it just tells you avoid this nd this...nd good results man nd fdny gotta give you props

  • hey i have two questions, did you follow the diet guide to a T? or did you have like a "cheat meal" once a week? and second did your lower body also get defined? let me know. btw awsome results

  • No I did not follow it to the letter. I think its impossible and stupid not to cheat a little. Have one cheat meal a week. Avoid sugar and eat whole wheat everything. Eat plenty of good carbs. You will need it!!! Its hard to say about my legs. I'm a cyclist and my legs are in pretty good shape normally. They definitely became stronger and I improved my time on the bike. So yes I would say this program will help with leg definition. Hope that helps.

  • Dude - Well said lol. p.s. GREAT RESULTS HOLY MOLEY!!!!!!!!!! Any tips for motivation?

  • People get cut and defined from the athlete diet moron....Not the work outs. So yeah - you will get lasting results if you A) Keep your nutrition clean and B) Keep working out. Support your theory with evidence THEN you might sound believeable. They didn't spend 2 years testing it just to release something that does not work.

  • Solid results man. I'm starting the second week of phase 2. I see some results from my first 30 days but I'm impatient and want to see the drastic change. Gotta wait I guess.

  • awesome results, i have 58 days left

  • That is some pimp shit,

  • great results man... just shave your chest, and your in business with the ladies lol

  • hahaha it could be a lot worse though

  • great job! starting today wish me luck!

  • Good luck! This program is amazing! My 60 pics will be up 9/6/2009!

    Enjoy the ride!

Work out early morning and get it over with.

  • great results.

did you follow the meal plan and if so how closely?

  • The meal plan boils down to just commen sense eating. NO SUGAR!!! I kind of followed my own thing. No Beer, No white anything ie bread, rice, etc, etc. You have to eat a lot of good carbs, or you will never make it through this program. They tell you to avoid lactose stuff, milk, butter. I still used milk for protein shakes and oatmeal. Also one night a week eat whatever you want.

  • Yes, sir! That one night a week, Sunday for me, is BBQ time and enojoy! Hell, your working out six days a week...you've earned it! Just like military bootcamp...that Sunday is holiday routine.

  • sera cierto???????

  • Is that pullup bar mounted backwards on Day 1?

  • No..It just hooks into the door frame. Your own weights holds it in place. You can get one at any sporting goods place for like 20 or 40 bux.

  • yea it looks like it lol........

its supposed to go through the door frame and be supported on the other side.....

    LOL

  • actually it is on backwards, but I think his door frame is too big to put it on normally. As long as it stays up i guess it doesn't matter

  • Good job man. The results don't lie...

  • Do Work! Awesome results. keep doin it... maybe someday you'll look like Tony. lol

  • Great results.

  • nice job!

  • Great results man. Funny how everyone starts shaving around day 60. Love The Soundgarden. Check our vids

  • CRAZY CHECK OUT MINE NICE WORK MAN

  • Check my video out!

    im on week 1-3!!

    Results are showing wooh!

    GREAT RESULTS BTW!!!

  • awsome dude, how do think i look so far.....i want some six pack like yours, i still have 3 more weeks to go, to meet the 90 days, i think i ll redo the program again, i want to be rip, lol

  • Hey guys,

I think first I have to get to where you were on day ONE, that would be good enough, actually.....

    but nice job, guys !!!

    Paul

  • I agree! I'm still not anywhere near his day 1 - and I'm near day 60... lol. Just gotta keep going ,I guess! :)

  • nice bringage brohan

  • Thanks brohanisberg!!! I can crush small children with my bic
