  • If you enjoyed this video, type in a search regarding teaching blind babies to interact with the world around them. It will amaze you how important it is for parents to connect with a local agency knowledgeable about this. Unfortunately, on the videos I saw, they all had far less than 1,000 views! Since the baseball video has so many, pass the word!

  • I worked in a dorm at the FL School for the Deaf and Blind (FSDB). Maybe the students had an opportunity like this in gym class, but not after school. Kickball was an activity the Activity Director scheduled for deaf students to interact with blind students. We were told beeping balls were too expensive. The blind students could kick the ball that was sat in front of them or a deaf student would kick. The bases did not make noise; students ran with a deaf student leading. Shame, shame FSDB!

  • really well shot, nice job. <3 beep ball

  • Love it.

  • How did you get this? Many of these guys are still playing ball for the Boston Renegades! Beep baseball got its current roots in 2000...and this video must have been shot in 2001 or 2002. Probably some of the oldest footage we have!

  • When I was a kid, they always put me in left field...I used to sit down and play with the grass, it was so boring. With the number of hits, I feel really sorry for the left-fielder here.
