@howlingreaper203 Not sure what you mean by system, but the program is probably maya. those circles and tringles are curves parented/ constained to joints. when you see the cursor become to opposite facing arrows Sunny596 is using a set driven key and just increasing the values. i hope i helped a little!
1.use expression like joint.rotateZ=control.rotateZ*0.3 Wht this will do is it will rotate joints which r at th goldenyellow foot thingies 2 a third of th rotation of a controller which u can create mayb at the knee or the ankle.This gives th animator a lot more control over th flip/floppin
2.use SDK!let th foot control be driver n th joints in th goldenyellow thingies be driven.set them as translate vs rotate,as per ur req.couldnt b simpler!
