I am not politicalising or something else. Uyghur call their homeland Uyghuristan or East Turkistan abroad. It would be nice if you could name it as East Turkisan or Uyghuristan as we Uyghurs call it when we are abroad. Xinjiang Uyghur Autonmous Region is the name forced to Uyghurs. After the occupation of East Turkistan, The Chinese populaion has rosen to 9 million then 200,000.
