Damn that was a huge call out but you know the reason he or she really does that is because in reality they are loser that no one pays attention to so they go around being a troll just to get the attention they want even if it is in a negative way. I agree, this is more passionate and honest- but also very amateur. 'dark' is extremely mature and polished and 'blueprints' is the opposite. i miss that 'paperthin hymn sound'. to me thats perfectly in the middle-with the passionate chorus and whispering verses.

but i also really do love the new sound of 'dark' and all the attention they are getting which they truly deserve.

Possibly from the Matt Goldman demos (Embrace The Dead, Readyfuels, Driving). The start definitely has a Sagoh feel they were trying to get away from...rest of the song is pure Anberlin though.

Deffntly sounds early on, possibly a Blueprints song that didn't make the final cut.

Their new album is great, but this just makes me more exited...shame they ditched this element of themselves. The guitars on this are better than most of the newer stuff.

@felipee911 They just seem more honest, and remind me of Anberlin gone by. Not a patch on the stuff on Cities, or even NTFP, but it has that Anberlin sound that seems to have been a bit lost since they stopped working with Aaron Sprinkle.
