  • apu this is awesome! love the video...

love some of the shots the cam took...

    awesome work!

  • I agree with Mikey, you should definitely visit Anna's school in Rudrapur, Bangladesh. It won the Aga Khan Award for Architecture. She also built another school and three mud village houses up there.

I am also building a luxury resort from mud and bamboo in southern Bangladesh near the Sundarban Forest. Mud architecture is actually one of the best building mediums for this climate. Anna and I are trying to convince people to continue the tradition of mud building...

  • Thanks kboekhoff, its great to know that you guys are also working on this.

We just have analyzed the scenario of our village CHAKATITHA (Naogoan, Bangladesh) in this documentary.

I would like to know more about Anna's and your projects as I would be working on this subject.

  • pretty good Nayeem

  • I'm a little confused about why the mud houses will be phased out... the clips don't seem to explain why they won't be around in future?

  • This is just the promo of a 25 mins documentary. Only a few clues are left here.

  • okay... it's just the question that came up in my mind that didn't seem to get answered in the promo. I really look forward to seeing this documentary, when will it be released?

Also, have you included some footage from the mud school in Rudrapur? That is a really gorgeous mud building, from what I hear...
