  • Since a you have a old school smoker. The best way to cook on it is to allow it to do what it does. SMOKE. The sausages would taste a great deal better and the flame will not flare up it you simply close the lid and make the air door on the skid a bit smaller. This will all the meat to smoke with no direct flame and create a whole different experience. NICE Barrel smoker you have. did you make it?

  • @Kengikat My smoker was a hand me down from my father in law. He said it was made by a company called New Braunfels Smoker. Also I believe he added the wooden platform to the front of it.

  • As mentioned in one of my other videos, I have received phone calls from famous professional drummers incuding Jordan Burns, Travis Barker, Dave Grohl, Terry Bozzio, Mike Terrana, Tommy Lee, Carter Beauford, Lars Ulrich, Danny Carey, Keith Moon, Daney Carey, Dennis Chambers, Chester Thompson, Jared Falk, Thomas Lang, Jerry Lewis, Mike Portnoy, Neil Pert, Richard Christy, Derek Roddy, and many others. I feel that this can serve as a lesson to them on how to bbq sausage!! ;)
