    A.cake flour 155 grams, baking powder 5 grams

    B.granulated sugar 50 grams, salt 2 grams

    C.vegetable oil 80 grams, egg yolk 155 grams, milk 65 grams

    D.egg white 310 grams, cream of tartar 0.5 grams, granulated sugar 180 grams

    E.custard for filling, powder sugar on top for decoration

    Buon Appetito! (This recipé seems too complicated for me; I'm sticking with my basic génoise cake.)
