  • Most of the time, bodybuilders fail to mention that that extensive training can shrink your penis and keep you and under developed (where it counts) Speaking for myself, I am 26 years old but I have always had a tiny lil penis, about 4 inches! Even before I started training, I noticed I had a lil knob between the legs but I'm pretty sure, weight lifting can also aggravate shrink-age, (if you know what I mean) but I'm pretty sure you wouldn't educate your subscribers on that "little" fact huh?

  • @nafaka12 anyone who has made good gains will get stretch marks. If you want to reduce them you need to apply coconut oil maybe every other day. Theres also specialized creams etc for them, but i like the coconut oil. Nice and natural. Train hard.

  • Everyone seems to be mistaken, getting 6 pack abs isn't JUST lack of body fat in the abdominal exercises, it's also ab workouts, you cannot get abs "fast" it all depends on how much you eat and how much you workout, obviously don't starve yourself, eat just the right amount, do plenty of cardiovascular exercises and plenty of crunches.

  • great tips, but these exercises do not burn any significant fat, you may burn a few calories but nothing major, if you want to burn fat focus on cardio exercises, such as jogging or skipping. great vid btw.

  • @6494razor Funny that you say that because strength training is what makes you drop body fat cardio becomes useless after your body gets use to it at one point it just helps with stamina I've lost a lot of fat by building muscle with strength training but at the end of the day the diet is the most important factor. P.s. I did boxing for 2 years which requires a a lot of cardio I do cardio sparingly it's better combined with strength training but that's my opinion and that's how my body responds

  • @SportsVids33 take your time, real results take lots of time and excellent diets. dont worry about gaining more weight, just work out an hour a day alternating cardio and weights, concentrate on form and muscle control and you will do fine. my cousin was 175 at 18 and your same height and could bench 375 and squat 415. a cut up strong guy at 175 looks bigger than a guy that is out of shape at 200.

  • @casperboyne If you don't have a big ball you could use a small animal, such as a domestic cat or dog. Or if you don't have access to that sort of equipment I recommend a plethora of smaller animals (hamsters, gerbils, marmots, etc) bunched together by rope or chord.

  • This guy kind of lacks the side abs or what ever there called. Best workout for that was doing grappling stuff such as wrestling type things. and you just keep going till you cant. its not ony fun but you use your core a lot a lot of twisting and turning.

  • @WarringGod best tip I can say is eat more whole grain and less processed foods. they fill you up a lot more so your not as hungry as fast. then stay away from high frustose corn syrup, sucrose which are fake chemical sugers and very bad. Then Start working out legs, and lats a lot try working out all muscles but focus on the larges muscles like the legs and lats they burn the most calories and fat. Also do heavy lifting to burn sugar reserves then do cardio. but remember to warm up very well.
