thanks for the vid!!...two tips though..you might wanne turn up your voice or turn down the justice parts because they are really loud all of the sudden...scared me a couple of times. You also might wanna play a piece fluently before breaking it down...it helps us to see where it's going i think..alteast it does with me...

@Schnoogles decent piano players tend to have very accurate ears. I too could figure out a song like this in 5-10 minutes. Its not that hard - it comes down to knowing the song well enough. When I play with other people who don't have good ears and can't figure out how to play things by ear I really get annoyed. to take it a step further, jazz players will "transcribe" a solo to work their ears further. this is what I'm doing in my jazz lessons at the moment.
