@jonysuel Turn off your router and modem for a few minutes. Then see what happens. If its still giving you a issue reset the network adapter.

@Zankronka1 When you are joining Xbox live it checks to see if the gamer tag can be used. If not it will ask you to change it. If you would like to make your real name as your GT its up to you.
