Tim, I'm personally involved in this Alabama case. The defense has now thrown in "jurisdiction" in the civil court in Birmingham Alabama. I'm working on trying to get around that.

@YTRedActed sorry but Julia Lynch v Clarke was a STATE case.(New York) Julia was declared a "citizen" NOT a "natural born citizen". The Chancellor wrote a non-binding decision afterwards in which he most likely was referring to "statutory natural born". The Department of Foreign Affairs warns people not to confuse "Constitutional natural born" with "statutory natural born". Try finding a FEDERAL Supreme Court case. There are none.

His Father was admited to not being an American Citizen and Citizenship Laws at the time of his Birth are clear , making him not a "Natrual Born Citizen" and not qualified to be President (as the law was at that time).
