Sorry man but it's a Univox high flyer custom. The headstock logo is not original. Kurt used the same guitar at SNL in 1993. Look it up.

@andresitompul Actually, Kurt kept using the cheap Univox Hi-Flyers through his entire career and only ever actually owned one actual mosrite which I think may have gone to Pat when he died, I'm not sure. Someone (can't remember his name) was working on getting Kurt his very own Custom lefty Mosrite but he past away before they could give it to him..
