Congratulations fam! I was once 198 at 5'7 back in 1999 - 2000 when I was just 16. In 2002, I went down to 145. Lost it all with determination, lots of cardio, solar belt and light weightlifting over a period of just 3-6 months.
Then, I went up to 155 cause I decided to put on a lil more muscle mass and keep it that way ever since. (I'll be 26 in June) Anyway, Lookin' good. keep up the good work fam!
