  • GREAT JOB !!....and thats 1 sweet view too !!....thanks 4 the post ....god bless and peace

  • There's a name for what you've built: it's called an "IED".

  • Nice work.

    Your project is intriguing.

How does an engine take to wood gas, does it foul the plugs or leave tar deposits in the engine?

  • Wow, that's nice. How fast will it go? Can it cruise at 70 mph?

  • Does the unit need to be that tall?

  • No,it could be somewhat shorter but it would hold less wood. The way it is,the capacity is 3, 40 lbs sacks of wood and each sack is approx a 25 mile driving range(75 mile total capacity)

The unit could have easily been 18-24" shorter.

  • I live in sw missouri. A guy at my work has turned a 70's model chevy into a flatbed with a simular set up though it is not complete yet. I am curious, do you think the government is going to find a way to tax you being that you arent paying a fuel tax on your set up?

  • nice scenery where is that?

  • It's 2 hours North of Vancouver BC,Canada

  • Lets see a burnout in the woodgas truck!
