The premise is the same as the airbags we use at the Fire department for jacking and stabilizing vehicles. Believe it or not you can get some that can lift as much as 20 or more tons.
what are the advantages??? you would have no air compressor if you were stranded out on a road regular jacks or easier anyways. I also doubt one of these is capable of lifting as much as a hydraulic jack either
good questions... let me respond for my buddy who made this. 1. He has on board AIR, the hose comes out of the back of his truck., he has an inverter that runs the compressor. (So yes he can be stranded and still use this) 2. The idea of one of these is simple... you can be stuck in sand, mud, filth and still get out, or get the tire up enough to put hard material under it. 3. If you ever tried to jack up a truck in sand or mud you will know it is darn near impossible, this fixes that.
