  • I miss Oblivion.

  • Oblivion wins

  • oh let me get this straight oblivion was a great game at its time it had great graphics and oblivion has more color then skyrim but skyrim has better graphics but less color

  • oh god oblivion :)

  • I definetly had more fun with Oblivion and it brings back so much great memories a lot more than Skyrim, not that Skyrim is bad actually it's an amazing game. I guess one thing i hate about Skyrim is that the elder scrolls used to be kind of private now i see all these little 10 years running around saying "omg Skyrim is a stand alone game" or "wow Oblivions graphics sucked not as good as Skyrim's, almost as good as COD."

  • When The Elder Scrolls VI comes out all we're gonna talk about is how much better Skyrim was. And when VII comes out we wont stop talking about how much better VI was. It's a never ending cycle.

  • @buglocker Agree

  • Honsetly i had more fun whit oblivion than skyrim my opinion

  • It's a very hard design for me but in the end I would have to pick oblivion I remember the first time I played oblivion it just sucked me in to it's world in one word it's magical

  • 10 Reasons why oblivion is better than Skyrim 1. Oblivion Gates 2.theirs actually a storline 3.the Arena 4.its way HARDer 5.Dagon 6.paradise us tougher than sovngarde 7. Guild guests arrant identical 8. Dark brotherhood has better hideout 9. 3 words: schemer the rat 10. The first 3 quests aren't just talking Oblivion - Skyrim
  • Sure, I agree that Oblivion was funnier and it had better guilds and things. But to me, after a while, Oblivion got BORING. I must have broke that game by selling a book i needed for the main quest or dropping an item about 5 times. The landscape was identical, Skyrim's landscape is different, the south being rocky and sunny and the north being snowy and bleak. The game is more pleasing to the eye, and the characters aren't so mentally retarded. So overall, I think Skyrim is better, my opinion.

  • Honestly alot of people say that just because of the graphics that they dont play oblivion we shouldn't judge a game just on its graphics, we need to play the game. Oblivion was a gaming experience that for me could never be filled in by another TES game. Or any game for that matter everything in that game to me was...... magical. The music, scenery, quests, and everything was amazing. I play skyrim now but i will never forget playing oblivion. That is to me what makes a good game.

  • I dont know what .. But as topcomment said itself, i played oblivion much longer then Skyrim.

The world in oblivion was more interesting, and the guilds was funnier.

  • oblivions interior buildings - I think- was better than skyrim...But thats maybe because I think too much of Rohan LOTR when I'm in whiterun in skyrim

  • "Fighting dragons is way more fun than closing oblivion gates" is the most retarded comment ever. Have you ever gone through and devastated the human world? It sure beats the crap out of a lame dragon fight.

  • @SorcerorSteve Especially when the fuckers attack WHEN I'M IN A CITY

  • i think they should remaster oblivion with better graphics, and sell it for 39.99, anyone else agree? i like oblivion sooooo much more than skyrim, cause it's kind of hard to even tie a game as amazing as oblivion, making it an incredible feat for bethesda to release a game that surpasses it. oblivion, remastered in better graphics. more weapons and armor, smithing, more spells, more quests, all that stuff. that'd be fucking orgasmic.

  • @TheRyandanish Remove mudcrab conversations...

  • This reminds me of the me good times in oblivion.

  • oblivion = pretty

    skyrim = brutal

    winner = dark souls

  • Honsetly now, I played oblivion way more than skyrim, the dark brotherhood was better, the theives guild was better,th mages guild was longer and better. Quests was the best part of oblvion along with the massive landscape that you could explore. I played at least three times as much of oblivion than I played skyrim. Skyrim has better graphics, better dungeons and better ai. But thats because oblivion is about 4 years older(probaply more). But this is just in my opinion.

  • @Rikezify i do agree with you, imo, skyrim is not a disappointment but I honestly loved oblivion more.

  • @TheGrahamAker Skyrim isnt a disappointment in my mind either, but oblivion focused more on one thing insted of the other. It was bigger and the factions felt more alive. Skyrim is an incredible achievement, the thing is that I expected a newer better oblivion. But skyrim is it´s own game with its own ups and downs

  • @Rikezify 6 Years

  • you cant play oblivion after playing skyrim or even after playing fallout 3. although i did try to play it. i couldnt get passed the graphics and how inferrior they were to skyrim.

  • @gasparini35 if graphic is all you looked in game, then sir games aint for you, there are dozens of best selling, played game with shitty or not up to date graphics.

  • Why do they have crossbows in Morrowind, yet in Skyrim most enemies are equipped with a shitty longbow?

  • Seriously, why bother comparing these two?

  • there both great but lets get real now skyrim wins

  • Oblivion will always hold a place in my heart <3

  • i already have skyrim and its freaking amazing!but i want to get oblivion and I don't know what to get it for should i get it for the pc or ps3 please can someone tell me witch one is better thanks :)

  • @undergroundgamer500 pc you can mod and do a whole lot of modding which is fun to do ps3 is basically for like better quality

  • @undergroundgamer500 CJx is lying, PC can do much better quality assuming your PC can handle it, but def get it for the PC, you can get mods which makes the game last 1000000000000000000000x longer.

  • Skyrim is an awesome game, almost worthy of an A+ grade, however, Oblivion's main quest just blows skyrim's out of the water. It just seems so much more epic and grand, and really brings a bigger Armageddon feeling to the game than Skyrim does. Now of course, Skyrim just looks better because of graphics but I much prefer the layout of Cyrodil over Skyrim. I think Skyrim should have been IV and oblivion should have been the latest Elder Scrolls game

  • I'll put it this way: i never got bored with Oblivion.

  • I prefer Oblivion.

Skyrim is WAY too easy. In Skyrim, I beat the story line the same day I got the game. It took me almost a year and a half to beat Oblivion because on every character I would get stuck in different parts and end up making a new character to try new things out to see what works best for me. In Skyrim, you just skip through the boring dialogue and do quest after quest. You don't even have to try in Skyrim, there is no challenge what so ever.

IDC what new fags say, Oblivion FTW.

  • @MrMphloI Most of the people who bitch about Oblivion never played it or found it hard to get into because they chose the wrong skills and gave up very early on.

They made Skyrim noob friendly and got rid of the classes because some people were playing the game wrong.

I do like Skyrim a bit more though but Oblivion has better stories and guilds quests.

  • I liked the land scaping of oblivion better

  • I think that it is skyrim that makes people realize what was good about oblivion and that oblivion makes then realism what it good about skyrim. If they were one big game it would be the best game ever created.

  • I just feel like Skyrim was awesome but Oblivion was on an epic scale. The quests in oblivion were outstanding, skyrim they seemed short, not as interesting and no where near as epic.

  • @zackhoffman

    Exactly

  • I like how in Oblivion it seems like there is more enemies and more places to explore. Skyrim is better in every other aspect though

  • I loved skyrim alot easly 10/10 but i just was'nt as good as Oblivion in my opinion i mean ofcource it looked better and still was an awesome game but Oblivion just had this Feel about it so Big and openended and seemed to strech on forever

and Skyrim kinda feels... Unfinished in a way for instant the Thieves guild in Oblivion took ages like the other guild and you had to work your way up ans steal stuff

In the Skyrim one it feals like two quests and your Guild master... lol

  • @ht448 i agree oblivion had just that classic feeling and thiefs guild qeusts were better u had 2 break into the palace i dont get more epic dan that

  • @FunkyLeee1 it had that classic feeling because you played it first lol

  • The things I liked about Skyrim is the Graphics/ magic effects, dragons and animations.

The thing I liked in oblvion was the Quests, storyline, music and ARENA! and the world seemed more peacefull :)

  • Am i the only one who like Oblivion better???

  • @dragon987000 i used to like oblivion better, then i took an arrow in the knee.

  • @dragon987000 I'm with you!

  • @dragon987000 Im with you too! Skyrim feels like a mix of fable 3 in first person, a buffed oblivion, (no need to repair wepons, able to create high tier wepons and armer at low lvls. and negative effects for races are removed. (High elves in oblivion and Morrowind had weekness to magic, Skyrim does not) Dragons are nice but with a bow and a large rock, can take them down at any lvl.

  • @dragon987000 nope :)

  • I prefer oblivion's main story and guilds

  • For people who cant afford an xbox360 play oblivion haha.

  • @Clarince1 oblivion is on xbox 360 twat waffle

  • Everyone that says skyrim hasnt played oblivion..

  • @jayso449 Thank you Oblivion was much more complex and that made it far more fun.

  • @RussianWolfWS

You act like it's a fact because you and some dumbass came to some insignificant textual conclusion in the youtube video comment section. No, it's not better. Neither one is better than the other. When will you fools learn to differentiate between opinion and fact? Word your stupid opinions more intelligently...

  • @Points2Shopzzz Of course its opinion but the fact remains that the intergration of passive perks and more attention to character development makes Oblivion more sophisticated.

  • @RussianWolfWS

That's completely irrelevant, as there is no deciding factor which proves unequivocally that one is better than the other. What you call sophistication, others may deem tedious and insignificant.

  • I do like skyrim, but it didn't relly grab me in like oblivion did, Oblivion was an amazing thing to me, I spent most of my exam times on that game, Skyrim's good, just doesn't have the same amazing effect that Oblivion had on me :P

  • @NoB0LL0CKSReviews same oblivion has just got that classic feeling and better qeusts

  • Comment removed

  • @clownshoes47 FUS RO DAH!!! (clue)

  • Oblivion. Least i'm not as limited in character customization as in Skyrim, also Oblivion to me was more intense and had a much better story. Skyrim isn't as funny and it's story was amazingly predictable.

  • lets see the best elder scrolls game is

    1. All of them

    2. all of them

    3. all of them

    4. all of them

    5. all of them

  • @JaredGivens1 so you're saying Battlespire is just as good as Morrowind, Oblivion, or Skyrim...? I disagree.

  • @spartan2222222222222 what did my comment say, i cant find it? but i dont even fucking know what battlespire is, now Oblivion and Skyrim r fucking awesome, havent played morrowind but i want it.

  • @spartan2222222222222 no i said they are all great games, some of the best, i dont even know what the fuck is battlespire.

  • @JaredGivens1 yea

  • Oblivion was a great game, but obviously a game that came out in 2006 is going to lose againsta game that came out in 2011.

  • @amajlesi not always will a newer game be better. look at duke nukem 3D is like 10x better than Duke Nukem Forever. and whenever Deus ex invisible war came out everyone basically just went back to the first on although i can understand Deus Ex invisible war was a horrible piece of rubbish. so that proves my point that not all newer games are better.

  • It's amazing to see Bethesda's progress. :)

But seriously guys... if you love Skyrim, you have to love or at least appreciate the games before it. It was a stepping stone to what you have now.

Like, I've only played Assassin's Creed from II and on, but I look up to the first game like it's a god, even though I haven't played much.

  • skyrim

    nuff said

  • Oblivion all the way... seems like they put more work into it, and the reason that people dont like oblivion is cause theyre all newfags to TES lul

  • @nascar51523fan so it sounds like u havent played skyrim yet... skyrim is farrr better it is proven by its rating... 9.75/10

  • @robby123ism dude oblivion is way older so its not fair you even compare it to skyrim cause skyrim is the same thing with better graphics

  • @bounceboard97 SKYRIM ROCKS WE COMPARE TO COMPARE

  • @bounceboard97 I loved Oblivion, I truly loved that game and I still think Skyrim is better.

  • @nascar51523fan That's what the morrowind fans said when oblivion came out. And what the daggerfall die hards said when morrowind came out. You see a pattern?

  • y u no like oblivion more than skyrim!

  • Skyrim took away much of what made the Series great, way too much to a point where they dumbed it down, in certain aspect morrowind kicks skyrims ass

  • wtf is wrong with you people! how didnt u like oblivion?i like oblivion better thaan skyim!id rather save the world by going through the depths of hell (in video games) than scream at a few dragons.but i admit skyrim is a good game i just dont like how they took away the disposition bar and mysticism skill.

  • I NEVER GOT INTO OBLIVION.....I ONLY GOT TO THE PART WHERE YOU TALK TO JAUFRY...BUT WHEN I GOT SKYRIM I PLAYED IT FOR HOURS ON END

  • Oh man I remember when Oblivion was the shit! I can't believe how Bethesda make every new TES game better and better!

  • MEMOSHESH! graba gerutso wootshi shem tay...

    what language is that?

  • I hated oblivion, but damn I love Skyrim

  • @Mikester283 u just cant hate oblivion.. u fking cant dude omg... its the best fking game ever....

  • these games are a steal, why do people pay 60 bucks for MW# when they can pay 60 bucks for this. This is worth probably $100 at least.

  • I think both games are out of this world why would you even want to compare them they are both amazing in their own way !!!

  • Morrowind. -.-

  • Oblivion mastered every concept, but skyrim did all that, but kinda messed a few things up. dont get me wrong skyrim is fucking amazing but there are parts of oblivion that are more memorable and fun, and vice versa

  • @Cheesecakemilitia2

    Agreed.

  • i like how oblivion has more vibrant colors it shows its age. it brings back some good memories too when i was 8 and used to play it back in '06

  • LOL GUYS you making f*cking drama because of that 2 games --'? if you like skyrim oke its good for u ? if u like oblivion oke thats good for u to

  • Skyrim dude

  • @jzatomic go learn your English, 1. The graphics are better, indeed! But it has a worse atmosphere 2. It's exactly the same, I've tested it. 3. True, wish oblivion had it, its still bad though. 4. Untrue, oblivion has 48 creatures, skyrim has 27. 5. Facepalm. 6. Oblivion has the dark brotherhood!

  • Both games are amazing. That's all I'm going to say.

  • The dungeons were very bad in Oblivion. Skyrim's dungeons are much nicer.

  • Oblivion wins!

  • I wish there was an Arena in Skyrim

  • The ending of Oblivian is better than Skyrim's ending. I can say that much

  • I haven't played Oblivion or any other Elder Scrolls games but i think Skyrim is the best couse the features are cooler......

  • those that say oblivion is better than skyrim need to rethink because 1.oblivion vs skyrim skyrim graphics are way better 2. skyrim has way better bow hitmarking than oblivion 3. skyrim has better sneaking 4. skyrim has waaay more enemies 4.oblivion was not scary 6.skyrim has werewolves, and i can go on if u like but that proves skyrim is better than oblivion.

  • @jzatomic 1. Who cares? 2. Agreed. 3. Also Agreed. 4. All of these things are to be expected from a newer game. 5. Neither of them are scary at all, wtf are you talking about? 6. but does it have spellmaking?... Oblivion had way more interesting quests, for example all of the dark brotherhood quests were way cooler than the ones in skyrim. Both are good games, and honestly they are about on par with each other. I don't like either better.

  • @jzatomic 1. the graphics arent THAT better 2. that bow hitmarking can only be attained via level-up perks and about 40 or something like that skill points are required to activate it. 3. sneaking in skyrim is too easy, oblivion is much better in sneaking 4, skyrim may have more enemies, but think about this, even though dragons are the big thing, why are frost trolls and giants and mamoths stronger? 5. oblivion was much scarier than skyrim. 6. turning into a werewolf may only make you weaker..

  • @SirStronghold1999 After modders and DLC get their hands on it it wont make a difference :P

  • i used to play oblivion like you, then i took a skyrim in the knee

  • oblivion was better... better quests and better characters and it was scarier

  • skyrim <3

  • Oblivion FTW! I have played all Elder Scrolls games and i realised that Oblivion is the best. Ok Skyrim has really cool graphics, but thats all. Everything else is more boring than in Oblivion.

  • Skyrim is the best

  • Oh yeah, I also like skyrims music way more then oblivions..

  • Damn, I hate it when you run out of characters..

  • I hate to say for some reason but oblivion was a little better..I mean Skyrim just feels like a fantasy world of fallout. But, we might feel the same way when we get TES 6.. If you know what I mean. Because most of us thought morrowind was better then oblivion, lol so what the hell..I still can't stop playing skyrim..I FUCKING love skyrim..The night I picked it up I couldn't believe I finally had it in my hands.. I still prefer Skyrims story over oblivions, even though I expected more out of Sms

  • I love Skyrim. Its simply amazing. But Oblivion just holds a special place in my heart. I get that feel when I head to the Merchants Inn in the Imperial City at night, read a book, chat with strangers. Or when I freaked out seeing "Your killing has been observed by unknown forces". I also miss the amount of spells that were in Oblivion, and my best friend the Adoring Fan :D.

Don't get me wrong, Skyrim is fantastic, but Oblivion will always be the number 1 Elder Scrolls game for me :)

  • @MrQueenie And also, the exclusion of attributes/stats in Skyrim. I want to see my intelligence and strength being boosted by becoming a vampire, and feel highly unsafe if my luck is drained. Oblivion just had a lot more customization, which made it feel more like a real RPG

  • @MrQueenie i completely agree

oblivion inspired fear, grief and happiness into me

i felt so bad when i had to kill my dark brotherhood family

i felt that oblivion drew me into the game and the characters i met

i never felt that way i did with skyrim

  • @TyphoidExcel all the voices in oblivion were the same, which totally killed immersion. they had a total of like 4 voices, 2 for each race type, and thousands of NPCs. often, a NPC would change between the two available voices depending on what dialogue option you selected, very jarring. and everyone in oblivion looked like they had down's syndrome with their bloated, shapeless faces. what really made oblivion suck was the leveling system though.

  • the leveling system so bad, it actually punished you for leveling up. because of the scaling levels foes stats to whatever you get, if you stayed level 1 by never sleeping, you could enchant your weapons with drain health + weakness to magicka and one or two hit kill everything in the game. if you leveled up, you get your ass kicked.

it is retarded that you are an invincible god-king at level 1, but punishes you for leveling up. oblivions system broke the game and made it suck.

  • @gloxxify That's another thing I like better about skyrim..You don't have to sleep to level up and most important of all, everything doesn't level up with you.. I even found a deadirc sword as a level 8 theif once..

  • @gloxxify I'm level 44 and I kick everyones ass at expert difficulty. If I played on Master it would be fair challenging but playing master difficulty at level 1 will result in death, after death after death.

  • @WEAHTV no, oblivion doesn't have adept-expert-master difficulty, it has a difficulty slider. obviously you didn't play it and don't know what you're talking about.

in oblivion, level 1 with black soul gem enchanted weapons was far and away the most powerful being in the game. i could beat any boss in under 2 seconds with the slider maxed, just total annihilation. a level 1 would beat the game way easier than a level 44.

  • @gloxxify Woops sorry I mis read, I thought you were talking about Skyrim lol and yes I played Oblivion loved it! That's what I get for speed reading lol

  • @gloxxify the voices might be better and the people look better but i really dont care about that

oblivion quests were so much more fun and interesting

skyrim quests bored me till no end

skyrims dark brotherhood and thieves guild couldnt even touch oblivions

its all about the quests and storyline to me i dont care about graphics

skyrim just didnt do it for me

  • @TyphoidExcel storyline for the entire elder scrolls series sucks. its a sandbox game, there is no character development, you have to make up your own story.

you want a game with a good storyline, you should play me2, dragon age, final fantasy, etc, a story driven rpg where they put time into developing characters and personalities. the elder scrolls series is a sandbox game. oblivion's mechanics are broken, leveling was awful and enchanting so overpowered it wasn't fun at all.

  • @TyphoidExcel I agree with you man. I hated all of quests in Skyrim. I also felt like it was promoting you to be evil which really annoyed me as I wanted to be a hero not an anti hero. Oblivion felt much more like the RPG the elder scrolls is supposed to be and had so much more freedom of choice. Skyrim feels so linear it makes me want to cry :P

  • @TyphoidExcel Don't forgot to compare the maps. In skyrim it's like you go to the same place again and again. tree, green grass, rocks (terrain), stone, black, boring (citys) and dungeons are also fucked up. discovering =fail. Oblivion FTW

  • i used to play oblivion like you but then i took an SKYRIM in the knee .. nuff said xD

  • skyrim literally takes a sloppy shit on oblivion in literally every single way...

  • By 'better game' it can mean different things to different people. for example, some people will say skyrims better graphics, gameplay mechanics and improved stability make it 'better', whereas others argue the storyline and atmosphere of oblivion (me included) make it better than skyrim. I think the way a game is made and what it lets you as a player do is one level, but the way it encourages you to use your imagination opens up so many other doors and that is where the true enjoyment is

  • @ASHJBKH2 Eh, the oblivion gates were the worst mechanic I've ever seen in an Elderscrolls game but they were just beyond boring after the first 3 - 4 ones that you cleared. The dragons in Skyrim are a bit better but I just wish they were more challenging. I mean I can kill dragons on master difficulty and I'm only level 35.

  • I think skyrims combat and perks are awesome but oblivion really is something special. Its factions are far longer and more interesting than skyrims, and i feel like there was something in morrowind and oblivion that skyrim failed to capture.

  • Oblivion is better than Skyrim. More quest variety and imagination, more memorable and funny characters and a colorful world to explore.

Dont get me wrong, I love Skyrim.. but it feels more like Fallout than an Elder Scrolls game to me.

  • Oblivion--Skyrim

  • i got oblivion on pc and skyrim on ps3 :) skyrim lags on pc so i got it for ps3

  • They should show skyrim on the ps3 version after 10mb of save data. Then lets see which one wins. Skyrim is a joke.

  • I really like Skyim, but i dont love it like i loved Oblivion

  • @assanoe same here mate, couldnt have put it better myself

  • lol Oblivion better? in what way?

Oblivion main storyline is shallow as hell. not to mention for generic & monotonous landscapes, unchallenging quests, etc.

Skyrim has better combats, better storyline, except for the removal of character stats

    Morrowind & Skyrim > Oblivion

  • @planescapeshock just admit it ,youŗe playing skyrim just because of graphics, just like others do..

  • @planescapeshock Onlivions main story line was long and took you to many different locations. Skyrims main story is short and bland, just like all of the guild quests. Oblivion wasnt shallow at all.. it had characters that I can still vision in my head and funny ones too... plus the quests were FUN and CRAZY... Skyrims quests are more like Fallouts(which I hated) Oblivion>>>Skyrim>>>Morrowind.

  • I tried to like Oblivion, but then Skyrim came... and I don't mind that I've become addicted to it.

  • i liked oblivion 1000% more sorry i can't get into skyrim like i did oblivion i actually cry that i could have that experience back skyrim just doesn't do it

  • Oblivion better there i said it

  • Oblivion: GOTY is 5 bucks on steam for anyone who wants to try it out. On sale 75% off

  • well, you can always reduce the enemy hp in oblivion by turning the difficulty slider down....

and don't level non combat major skills beacause enemies level with you....

  • i like oblivion because of daedra portals

  • Maybe oblivion is better...maybe...

  • i tink for graphics obliion is best, and for FPS also oblivion means conclusion = skyrim is SHIT

  • Someone tell me, what is the better, BETTER game? I was going to get skyrim for PS3 from Amazon, but then I saw the reviews, where a ton of people said that the game is super laggy for PS3(I even saw a video on the PS3, the game was laggy as heck!)... I then saw Oblivion and the reviews, anf many people liked it. So, ya I'll just be getting Oblivion. Looks fun :)

  • @SuperZero2719 Skyrim, but Oblivion has a better soundtrack :P

  • @TheRitchardgaleHater WTF?? oblivion have like 14 songs?? and skyrim have 2 full cds of epic music? dude seriously after 64 hours or more playing oblivion music gets a bit repetitive :p

  • @SuperZero2719 dude get skyrim i have both, oblivion is pretty good but skyrim is better in most things, story, soundtrack ,magic and easter eggs.... oblivion is difficult to get into, most of may friends ended hating it instead loving it, skyrim didnt score higher in most reviews cuz skyrim takes oblivion formula and makes it more fun, accessible and less glitchier AND oblivion is laggier and glietcher than skyrim but after a couple of hours of play you will forget it :) !!!

  • Both Oblivion and Skyrim are amazing games. Both get a 247742258854 out of 10

  • I notice in oblivion alot of the missions feel the same, almost like your doing the same thing every mission which bored me, yet i still beat it probably over 20 times. In Skyrim you can really feel the improvment when it comes to graphics, gameplay and all the missions feel different.

  • It's too early to judge Skyrim as a finished product, WE'RE basically still testing it for Bethesda!

  • skyrim wins

  • This game is shit! Skyrim is better!! Fallout 3 is the best though.

  • @dcirish1213 True

  • oblivion cause of the awesome phrase: STOP RIGHT THERE CRIMINAL SCUM

  • Oblivion is better because skyrim took an arrow to a knee.

  • oblivion did have things in it that were better:alchemy was better, armor repairing made it a little harder, spell creating so you could make crazy spells that allow you to breathe underwater heal and create light all in one spell.overall skyrim is better cuz it has dual wielding, the dungeons are very mysterious compared to oblivion where there was 0 puzzles, 70 voice actors instead of like 6, better story, more varied landscape, 240+ scripted quests and infinite randomly generated quests, dragons

  • for me oblivion had better music, storyline and oblivion for 2006, was much better than skyrim is for 2011.

However, Skyrim has better combat, better leveling system, better graphics and a more explorable world... all in all, both are the best RPGs out there, but i like oblivion more...

  • @Anakin8th not to forget more quests i even if you count the repeatable quest for 1 :S

  • Okay, do in conclusion, how much better is skyrim?

  • I used to play oblivion untill I took my skyrim dic and put it in my pc

  • Skyrim is a great game. But its deffinatley not as fun as oblivion. The amount of fun and time i had on oblivion will never be frogotten. Best game ive ever played.
