And it doesnt mean watercooling less noise! it all depends what fans you gonna use and how high you gonna overclocked! ofcourse low overclocked have less heat and high overclocked got high heat so youll need high RPM fans for it! like mine i used twelve 3000RPM fans....

Dude I really like ur setup!! I've been looking for a vid like this because I have the same thermaltake armor case. But I was worried about mounting that same koolance system on the top because of the surface not being flat. I noticed u raised and separated the two. First off What did u do to get it like that and is there a way to secure the koolance to the case so it doesn't like fall. Please respond. well, they are balanced, i agree that amd is cheap and good, but its not optimised with all games and it makes some fps lose some times, and amd cant do much overclock, with my intel e5200 i can play any games at medium at least, gta4 works at 18-20 fps at maximum ! i also did an over clock from 2.5 to 3.6 on stock fan :) worked fine, but i let it at 2.5 its more stable, i shouldnt say amd sucks, i sound like a hater lol :) they are balanced...

Well--I don't know much about water cooled systems, but in my Antec 900 case there are 5 case fans total, and I get very good cooling. I would bet that my comp could come close temps achieved with water cooling. So I don't see the point of so many fans unless you're living in a blast furnace--LOL.

Go the Q6600 and OC it, more L2 cache and no doubt the best price vs performance quad on the market. Rather than buying a rather underperformed 8600GT, buy a 9800GTX for a fraction more, future proofing in the process.

Q6600 @ 3.6Ghz, xfx 8600gt xxx @ 720/920/1750, eVga 780, 4gb 1066mhz dominator. Pulls 180 fps average according to Half Life 2: Lost Coast built in benchmarking tool. Whoever down-rated my comment has no idea. The Q8200 has a lower multiplier (only 7 versus the 9x of the Q6600) so it won't even overclock that well.

its a radiator for water cooling

There are three triple 120mm radiators on that side. In a water cooling setup a water block replaces the heatsinks in the system, a pump pushes heat conductive liquid to these blocks to conduct the heat and onto the radiators. Like a car radiator, the fans blow air through the metal fins to cool the liquid passing through the radiator. Hope this helped.
