  • you are strong, for me school was very hard and you where able to accomplish that! like finishing school, you can finish goal too. i believe in you.

  • How did you get to be that weight, to begin with? Just can't be liking food.. Do NOT count only calories-count CARBS! Don't waste your money on a treadmill-just get outside. That is an excuse, treadmills don't turn on by themselves, but they make for expensive clothes hangers. CONVENIENCE? Life isn't about concenience! You may WANT all those things you talk about. Why don't you just start with the first step?

  • Hang in there and never give up!

  • is that lotion by your bed? lol gl

  • dont give up! you can do it!!! i'm trying to lsoe 100 lbs and still have about 65 to go! there are a lot of people trying to lose weight. we can do it together!!!

  • Please seriously consider the following. It took me 30+ years to finally figure it out, beat obesity and accomplish my goal of running a marathon:

"There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when circumstance permit. When you're committed to something, you accept no excuses, only results."

  • great goals and i hope you pull it all off and climb that mountain! ... if you get any rude comments ignore them

  • this is just a guy talking

    -JumokeTV

  • @JumokeTV thank you!

  • Cute kitty by the way. I have been out in my mom's yard mowing it, pulling up dead bushes and replanting new ones, weeding the yard, planting new flowers and geting plenty of exercise. Not bragging but my mom's yhard was not looking too god after our harsh winter.

  • @hunhun23 hehe thanks for the advice! I can't wait to get the treadmill

  • Glad that you are done with school and now you can start fresh and get that weight loss going again and lose the weight. So far I have lost 40 pounds. If you have a Sports Authority or a Walmart near you they both sell very good exercise equipmentand if you have a truck they will put it together for you and get a friend to help you load and unload and get your treadmill in your new place. :0)

  • The kitten is sooo cute! I'm looking at my cat and thinking, you're just not cute like that anymore, haha! Oh and I know someone who has just put up a challenge. It's to do 10 miles a week, 3 or 4? hours of exercise a week, and drink 64 ounces of water a week. Good luck and I know you can do this!!!

  • @ladyworpledinker lol aww your cat is still cute :P

  • @LogansJourney Haha, sometimes. ;o)

  • You've got a great attitude! There is definitely no point in crying over what has already occurred in the past year, although it can be hard not to! The mountains are so beautiful! I'd like to go hiking sometime this summer too! I like treadmills but I prefer the elliptical! The cool thing about either is that you can watch TV or listen to something while you do it. I say make baby steps on the eating. It takes time to change a habit. I've been slowly making my way to healthier stuff.

  • good luck on your goals. To me hiking the mountain would be harder thanrunning a marathon, the elevation is harder on the lungs and the going down the mountain just is brutal on the knees. runnning a marathon just take heart not to quit, I ran one a weighing 234 pounds, And I've ran 4 1/2 marathons in the last year and a half weighing between 237-54, with mile averages of 10:14 mpm to 11:45 mpm.

  • @jammim1977 great job! thats amazing you ran marathons at that weight, I can't wait to overcome those challenges.

  • I know what you mean about exercise becoming less of a priority when you're studying hard

  • @ByeByeBelly hehe for sure! i am excited about exercising more often

  • Glad you're not giving up brother! Fresh start!!!! Take the next year to concentrate on you and weight loss, now that schools over! I'm rooting for you dude!

  • @MarineShape175 thanks man!

  • logan, give me your number, we are going to have a conversation.

  • Don't wallow in it. In the morning I am going to gym and if I can do it you can too. Please do it. No more falling off.

  • I'm excited to watch you on your journey! That mountain looks beautiful, I hope you take your camera along on your hike. I'm cheering you on!!! It will be so great to watch this video in 1 year... Congrats on being finished with school. Good luck and stick with it no matter what! The obstacles along the way are what make us stronger.

  • @DearFat130 ahh good idea! I'll definitely film the hike hehe, thank you :)
