It's going left because in the bus you see the door on the right, and you enter a bus on the right. You can't see a door, only windows in this drawing, so that means that this is the left side of the bus, therefor the bus is heading left.

No the answer is that it isn't moving in any direction because it's a drawing and the only direction I see it going is up and down but that's just the effect of the video. So it may have been FACING left, due to the door being unseen, but it was not GOING in a direction at all. And even with that said, it would only apply to certain countries anyway.
