Well you need two different takes, one of the background and then another one with you manipulating the laptop.

But make sure that you make your desktop background green-screen green before this.

Then what you do is chroma-key out the green-screen with a video editor, and have the video with the blank background be playing behind the footage with the laptop.

Try it out, it's quite fun to do!
