I fly my 4.7m Pansh prototypes and my 4.9 m blade on this beach in St Andrews and it can get very gusty at times but there is no way i even consider trying to fly in that wind,didn't even know you could use a blade for kite surfing lol.I piss myself laughing every time i watch this it's just hilarious.

er I use a 3.3m flexifoil sting kite and I am about 5 stone. I go out in wind speeds of about 10mph and I go about 7/8ft in the air with it going to about 2 oclock u must weigh a ton.

You could jump with a 1.9 but you will drop like a brick! Its not recommended! Something bigger would be better as it will lower you to the ground much softer. 5m or more would be good.

I'm guessing the safety leash is attached to the depower line at the back edge of the kite, hence it doesen't re launch him over to france, and you may have noticed, you dont actually see the kite AFTER he crashes, maybe he didn't need to worry about a re launch as his kite was no longer attached and it went to france on it's ow...lol!!
