YOU CAN'T - They cut 15% out of the spending in CAlifornia - THEY ARE STILL IN MASSIVE DEBT

YOU CANNOT CUT 120% OUT OF A BUDGET - no matter how hard you try.

California is just begging for a good republican to run there....they are knowledgable down there....This is like the 5th comment I've seen wish rand was running there.

I was thinking the same thing. The fact is, the USA as a whole would benefit much more if Rand were in CA because CA representation makes a greater difference in the nation's deficit and overall well being.
