I own one and I got to say to is very dissappointing as a gaming device, but as a smart phone it's just average. Pro's include Game buttons, touch screen, and android 2.3. Con's are no good game software for game buttons, has a slight lose right trigger, and the camera is the worst piece of shit ever I mean my 2 mp camera phone took better pics than this one and the front camera only shot in black and whit which is bull shit. They should have made it were when it slides up turn into a psp go scr

Its a open phone, which means no jailbreaking. you can put all emu's on it that are out right now inlcuding gb, gba, n64, psx, snes, nes, megadrive, and its got such good processing its worth it. We are talking bout ocarina of time, pokemon ruby/saphire, pokemon stadium 1/2. Plus its just launching eventually all games will be added to the xperia, and guess what. From a pure mobile gaming perspective I don't really see how this is superior to the PSP. Sure, its smaller, it has a touch screen and its a phone at the same time. All these things are of course great. But from a gaming perspective it looks worse than my 4 year old PSP. I'd rather Sony released a PSP2 with upgraded graphics than a psp smartphone

@TotallyWow123 i played super mario bros on my friends jail broken iphone and it sucked. the fact that half the times my thumb was covering mario because he just so happened to be in the 'game pad area' at those times made it really hard to play. I couldn't even see a lot of the guys coming at me, and it wasn't nearly as responsive as a gaming pad. touch screen royally blows as a gaming pad

@revolhocz first of all, their not going to add a phone to the psp or ngp because no one wants to pay $900 for a handheld gaming device. Second, since 2009 the iphone has had a hold of over 20% of the handheld gaming market while psp only has 11%. Its obvious that this was made for the casual smart phone gamer, not the hardcore gamer, that's what the ngp is for.

The fighting game this guy is playing sucks like hell, especially the graphics are terrible.

But I think there are way better other videos of the good game graphics it has, and I'm 100% sure it's around the graphics of the PS2 or the PSP original Fat graphics. Not exactly the same but visually yeah, almost.

now.. think about my point.. which is that the gaming pad cannot be used for anything other than gaming...so you cant use it for anything except it. but if the game control is replaced by full touch resistive touch screen(other one is capacitive)..then it would be fairly easy to use the additional screen which slides as qwerty pad..gaming pad or any other pad...this can also be used for customized controls for games and new possibilities. pretty much like ds but advanced if you like it thumbs up
