I always fall for the dysfunctional and/or doomed couples. Lol. But I like Eric because of book 4. And Eric is a prick in the books but he isn't nearly as bad as he was in the first books. And Bill does technically rape Sookie but he was kinda dying at the time and needed blood. Blood and sex are usually tied together with vamps.

yh i usually prfer the doomed couples but i end up routing for the person that i know they'll end up with coz i don't like to be disapointed. i'm an anime fan and usually in anime the main character will end up with their first crush or the guy that gave them their first kiss. so i always ended routing for them so i don't end up disapointed with the ending. and yh blood and sex are always tied with vamps( well, in the good books anyway, not in the teenage crap) ^^

I watch anime, and I don't really read too much manga. But it seems in the animes, I generally prefer the couples that you know are going to get together. Or I almost always want the bad guys to win. It's the same thing in tv shows but in True Blood or other shows, a couple a really like, you KNOW they are going to get together, but you have to wait season after season after season before it finally happens. Or they are the perfect couple but they keep having LOTS of problems.
