  • For the end meditation, I was not sure how to determine how emotional feelings are above or below in reference to each other. I had emotions coming up, but wasn't sure whether or not it was the next thing to focus on, since I wasn't sure if it was 'deeper' than the one before it. Or does it not matter at all, just focus on what's next?

  • Really fascinating. Thank you.

  • Thank you for another great interview.

  • the end meditation in this video was extremly helpful, thank you so much.

  • i feel this lack... a lack like he explains it. im only 18 yet i feel this lack... i find my mind wandering from 'the new big thing' to the 'next big thing' but its like i automatically remind myself that it wont satisfy me. i feel as if i was satisfied when i was younger (a couple of years ago & before). in retrospect i think i didnt really have any big goals or dreams back then, i just wanted to enjoy the moment.

  • @killercreek450: Sounds familiar to me, and common too, from what others tell me. Did you try the mediation at the end? Normally a good emotional 'drop through' like this is enough to reveal what is deeper than all lack, more essential than any wanting. If it persists I suggest you take a look at my wife, Brandon Bays's book, The Journey. It has other profound techniques that get to the core of such issues and clear them cellularly. Cheers. KB.

  • @kbillett1 ill look into that book :-) and yes i did do the meditation - helped me alot. at this time in my life i understand what you mean by that which is more essential than any wanting - the spaciousness within. I understand now that the "space" is mandatory and all the other stuff is added on for my own enjoyment.

  • @killercreek450 Good luck!

  • I think he was a little too young when the What is me ? question made it's appearance. Stephen Jourdain, in his book, Radical Awakening, had thing going on when he was 16 but he kept toying with question until one day, it exploded to a more permanent awakening- i.e., no turning back.

  • @anatureperson: You may be right. I was very young, and the experience scared me. It was not until much later in life that the profundity of the question, and the non-answer, revealed themselves usefully. Best regards, KB.

  • Thanks for this interview, my belief in 'blending in with the nothingness' has been reinforced. It is easy to ignore especially when thoughts are happening, so it is nice to set aside some time for going back to base. Worrying thoughts still need to be looked at rationally, but Kevin Billet's technique is amazingly straightforward, just accepting the pain and seeing through it until there is nothing. I guess that for me, there is a balance of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and acceptance.

  • This is a great interview,

    Cheers guys:)
