He has no common sense because if he is trying to outrun a train, which is stupid in the first place, why when he gets the ball does he turn around and cheer right there on the tracks when he knows a train is coming? Train tracks are railroad property, likewise crossings. If I decide to play in the middle of the street I might get hit by a car. If I play on the tracks it's pretty much a gaurantee.

To be an engineer it takes a lot of training and then they have to be constantly on alert for fools in auto's who sometimes don't even have a valid license much less any driving skills.
