One more suggestion, every collectible in the game is found by location/backtracking/future item use. I think that too many of them are only acquirable late in the game when they are used for a brief period of time before the game is over. I would prefer to have a larger percentage of them be accessible earlier in the game so it feels more rewarding to get them asap. Maybe through vulgrim bounty reward?
THQ, great pacing with the gameplay and items etc.! I've recommended this game to others. One thing I would find convenient would be a menu option in the main menu screen to directly fight all mini bosses and main bosses once you have beaten them in the campaign. I think this would give the game some extra polish :D
this is one of my favorite games. vigil did a great job on darksiders. and i read that darksiders 2 has been pushed back to be released in 2013. also ready you play as a different horsemen hope its death. but im sure the 2nd one will be good
Just finished Darksiders last night, took me nearly 19 hours, I just loved some of the fights. Abyssal Armor is also great. Btw, is there any chance to get a Harvester on a PC version? Can't wait for Darksiders 2!! More games like these, please. Art style is superb, good atmosphere and it's hell of a fun to play! :)
@THQInsider the sequel will be terrible as they have already said that War won't be in it. Just 100% the game last week, i've finished it twice on apocalyptic, so much fun! I love the story it's Frikin Epic!
Nah, the game will be fine as long as it keeps the great pacing and level design (bright and colorful). Also, do not make the mistake of having a horseman too similar in personality/voice to War. Give him a quirky trait.
@klaos9999 THQ explained that the series would carry on, one for each perspective. So after death you still have Fury and Strife. It's too early, we'll see how Death turns out.
idk bro, i can think of one or two games that are more worthy of being called 'terrible' than a post-apocalyptic story in which you play as Death himself. just saiyan
