yea i've seen dump trucks leave the bed up and take down lines all the way up the street...never any fun .... but gotta love the over time.

we are still trying to figure out if the tractor's long arm was up in the air and snagged the wires or if it was driving and hit the pole and knocked it over. Still unclear.
