Cubans, Puerto ricans, Afro Americans and notably Panamanians have Jamaican ancestry. But they are not all Jamaican. Originally all this people came from Europe or Africa but there not African or European? Just like a Jamaican is not Hispanic.

Not all Hispancis are decendants of slaves.(Some have spain blood) Also I don't see this hatred you speak of. But I think that Blacks show more hatred towards Hispanics. Not all hispanics are decendants of slaves. Spain(white people)colonized much of South America that had indegenous people already living there. They brought black slaves there with them and the mixing started. P.R. for example is like 60% white(Spain), 25% indegenous and 15% black, mixed with Spain blood ofcourse. That ratio is obviously changing rapidly.
