Im not italian, but I love italian food, I never had fresh pasta, but I wouldnt mind being there for that dinner when it was done. Im sure its way better than the dry crap that comes out of a box.
@wsvitak Fresh pasta is really good, but it does taste alot different than boxed pasta. I am italian, but I was raised in America... boxed pasta is more convenient and takes alot less effort.
I had a hard time cutting the pasta last time cause I didn't think to fold it over like that, I kinda just folded it once cause I didn't want it to stick.
Now I just need a pasta machine so I can get it that thin.

@DemyGuerriero i have a whole new appreciation for packet pasta after making my own pasta for years. its so easy and tastes the best! blows my mind.
