It's SOOOO Easy and utterly divine: 1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 t vanilla 2 1/2 C powdered sugar 1/2 C sour cream and 1/4 C butter. Put the chocolate chips in a glass measuring cup and cover with little cubes of the butter and microwave until softish. Stir until smooth, add the vanilla, then the sour cream, and finally the powdered sugar. MMMMM, it's SO great warm on cake and then later after cooled, you can refrigerate it and it's fudgy, so delicious! Mexican vanilla is great too.
