these people are way to slow, when you get trained at a busy location they say to only take 5-10 seconds to mix one ice cream, not 50 like these guys

I've heard that a Cold Stone franchise is the worst franchise you could possibly invest in. Five of six of them in our immediate area have all gone belly up. Anybody else have information on Cold Stone and its failure rate?

@DavesTheOne14 It all depends on the franchisee, management, and crew members. You only get out of it what you put into it. Several stores in my area have closd, but the one I work at is doing awesome. If the people who run it don't care and the people who work there don't care, it WILL fail. People go there for an experience and if that experience is not provided, they will go somewhere else.
